Job Summary:
The Front Office Intern will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors at Reflex Realty. This role involves managing the front desk, handling client interactions, coordinating administrative support, and ensuring a smooth flow of communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests with professionalism and warmth.
· Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment.
· Schedule and coordinate client meetings, conference rooms, and appointments.
· Maintain attendance records and assist with staff entry/exit tracking.
· Handle courier, mail, and other front desk documentation.
· Support HR and Admin departments with basic clerical tasks.
· Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and facility management teams.
· Ensure that all visitors follow security and access protocols.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
· 0–1 years of experience in front office, administration, or client relations.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Professional appearance and positive attitude.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
