We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new clients for our content creation and eLearning solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client relationship management, and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, emails, networking, and referrals.
- Prospect and engage with corporate clients, educational institutions, EdTech companies, publishers, and training organizations.
- Understand client requirements and recommend customized content creation and learning solutions.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with internal content, operations, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in the CRM.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

Required Skills:
- Strong B2B sales and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Ability to understand client pain points and propose suitable solutions.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales/business development.
- Prior experience in eLearning, EdTech, Content Services, Publishing, Corporate Training, Digital Learning Services will be preferred.
- Experience selling high-value service-based solutions is an advantage.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
