Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Executive to manage day-to-day inventory operations in the textile industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience using ERP or inventory management software, strong analytical skills, and the ability to maintain accurate stock records across warehouses and production units.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily inventory transactions using inventory management software (SAP Business One
- Monitor stock levels of raw materials, fabrics, trims, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished garments.
- Coordinate with purchasing, production, stores, and dispatch teams to ensure accurate inventory movement.
- Perform regular physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure real-time inventory updates in the ERP system.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.
- Track inward and outward movement of materials and finished goods.
- Support barcode and QR code-based inventory tracking systems.
- Monitor reorder levels, ageing stock, and inventory accuracy.
- Assist in inventory planning and stock optimization.
- Support inventory synchronization for retail and e-commerce operations, where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with company inventory procedures and documentation standards.
Required Skills
- Experience with ERP or inventory management software (SAP Business One preferred).
- Good knowledge of garment, textile, fabric, trims, and finished goods inventory.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of GST, stock valuation, and inventory control practices is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Textile, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Diploma or certification in Apparel Management, ERP, Inventory Control, or Supply Chain Management is an added advantage.
Experience
- Inventory Assistant: 1–3 years of experience in inventory, stores, or warehouse operations (garment/textile industry preferred).
- Inventory Executive: 4+ years of experience in garment or textile inventory management.
- Experience managing inventory across multiple warehouses or export units will be an advantage.

- Detail-oriented and process-driven.
- Comfortable working with ERP systems and inventory software.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
