**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, content creation, and performance marketing. As a Social Media Manager at Skinfinity Derma, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating compelling content, driving engagement, and increasing brand awareness across multiple platforms, with a focus on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Threads.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Content Creation & Management:**
- Plan, research, and create content (graphics, videos, captions) for all social media platforms.
- Deliver 1 Instagram reel per day and 4-5 creatives per month.
- Regularly monitor trends and competitor content to stay ahead in the market.
- Develop content calendars for timely posting.
- **Video Editing & Graphics:**
- Edit short-form videos for social media (Reels, Stories, etc.).
- Design engaging and eye-catching graphics for posts and promotions.
- **Social Media Engagement & Strategy:**
- Manage daily social media activity, including posting, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
- Analyze the performance of content and adjust strategy accordingly.
- Monitor social media metrics, create reports, and provide recommendations to improve engagement.
- **Performance Marketing:**
- Develop and run paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), etc.
- Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns to ensure ROI.
- **Collaboration:**
- Collaborate with the marketing team and healthcare professionals to ensure alignment with the brand’s objectives.
- Keep track of performance metrics and set new targets to improve results.
**Qualifications & Skills:**
- 3-4 years of experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Threads).
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in content research, content planning, video editing, and posting.
- Experience in creating reels, creatives, and other engaging social media content.
- Basic knowledge of performance marketing including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Preferably experience in the healthcare or dermatology industry.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with a focus on creativity and growth.
- Target-driven with strong attention to detail.
- Location: On-site at Skinfinity Derma clinics in Noida sector 36
- Lunch facility available at the clinic.
