What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Executive, you will manage customer assistance requests from the first point of contact through case resolution, ensuring timely service and an outstanding customer experience.
Your main responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a strong focus on customer experience.
- Register and manage customer cases in the CRM platform.
- Coordinate service delivery with external providers.
- Follow up on each case until resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Contact Centers, BPO, Assistance Services, Insurance, Logistics, or related industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Experience using CRM systems or customer service platforms.
- Willingness to work on-site in Airoli, Navi Mumbai.
- Availability to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
