The US Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of healthcare providers across the United States, including Psychiatrists, PMHNPs, Psychologists, Therapists, and other behavioral health professionals. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, managing candidate pipelines, and conducting onboarding sessions to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder management abilities, and experience recruiting for the US healthcare industry.

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US healthcare providers.

Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and role fit.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Prepare interview feedback and recruitment reports.

Coordinate offer roll-out, negotiations, and joining formalities.

Conduct virtual onboarding and orientation sessions for newly hired providers.

Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed accurately and on time.

Coordinate with Credentialing, HR, IT, Payroll, and Operations teams for smooth provider onboarding.

Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure all applicant records are updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment or US Staffing.

Experience recruiting Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Psychologists, Therapists, or other healthcare professionals is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of US recruitment processes and healthcare hiring practices.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Experience conducting virtual interviews and onboarding sessions.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job boards.

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Experience working with US healthcare organizations.

Knowledge of provider credentialing and licensing processes is an added advantage.
