Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Technical Sales Engineer to join our Global Sales Team in India. This role will focus on developing advanced projects and identifying new business opportunities in high-technology environments.

Minimum Requirements:

Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related fields preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the automotive or industrial equipment sector.
Strong technical background with experience in project development and technical presentations.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to conduct technical discussions and present solutions clearly.
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel as required to support sales activities and customer visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the sales team in developing and managing advanced projects with both new and existing customers.
Collaborate with the sales team on the field to handle projects with increased technical requirements.
Identify and develop new customers outside of our standard portfolio, with a focus on technology-driven solutions.
Design and prepare technical solutions tailored to project requirements.
Conduct technical discussions with customers, presenting solution proposals effectively.
Analyze project specifications and recommend optimal solutions based on our product portfolio.
Share knowledge, experiences, and best practices within the Technical Sales Engineer team.
