Job Summary
We are hiring a responsible and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities and ensure smooth factory operations. The candidate should be capable of managing manpower, maintaining production targets, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with different departments efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production operations and shop floor activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the given timelines.
- Monitor worker performance and maintain discipline on the production floor.
- Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams.
- Maintain proper production records and reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Minimize production downtime and material wastage.
- Handle shift planning and manpower allocation.
- Report production issues and operational updates to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in production supervision or factory operations preferred.
- Basic knowledge of production processes and manpower handling.
- Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Diploma / Graduate preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
