Key Responsibilities:
- Checking and Verifying KYC status of customers.
- Updates excel sheet
- Provide timely online support to the Sales team for seamless operations.
- Visit customers, when required, to resolve operational issues and ensure service satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Understanding of KYC norms and compliance requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Willingness to meet customers in person to address and resolve operational matters.
- Computer knowledge.
