Job Responsibilities :
Responsibilities include:
Support Business development activities.
Proposal preparation (Basic Engineering; Review only for Detailed Engr).
Project acquisition meeting.
Project kickoff / review meetings.
Perform key process design functions.
Customer interaction as required for project execution.
Support recruitment activities
Key department management / administration function like performance appraisals, resource allocation, etc.
Preparation and management of the department budget.
Smooth execution of the projects.
Day-to-Day management of the process design team.
Coordinate weekly review meeting for the process design team.
Assign responsibilities and monitor performance of all subordinates.
Coordinate intra-discipline activities.
Job Requirements :
Qualification & Key Technical Skills:
B. E. / M. Tech in Chemical Engineering.
Min 15+ years experience in process design & engineering in process plant or engineering consultancy.
Experience in process simulation software (PROII / ChemCAD/AspenPlus/HYSYS) and heat exchanger design / rating software (HTRI/HTFS).
Experience in Hydrocarbon, Petrochemicals industry preferred; 5+ yrs of international experience desirable; 5+ yrs of process engineering background; Pre-commissioning / commissioning exposure desirable.
Knowledge of various Industry Codes and Standards.
Sound academics from reputed institute and good communication skills in verbal & written English.
