Lead end-to-end development, positioning and lifecycle management of the premium ServDharm product portfolio for international markets. Translate diaspora insights into product strategy, align cross-functional teams and ensure product offerings remain culturally authentic, commercially viable and globally competitive.
Product Strategy and Planning
- Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with diaspora demand, export trends and spiritual wellness positioning
- Develop product bundles and kits for rituals, festivals and gifting
Development and Lifecycle Management
- Oversee product development from concept to launch, including sourcing, packaging and compliance
- Collaborate with artisans, suppliers and design teams to ensure authenticity and quality
- Monitor product performance, customer feedback and KPIs
Global Positioning and Differentiation
- Craft product narratives that connect emotionally with diaspora consumers, emphasizing tradition, heritage, sustainability and spiritual value
- Customize packaging and labelling basis market specific requirements and export regulations
- Align product messaging with cultural sensitivities and wellness trends
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Procurement, Channel Development, Warehousing, Sales, Marketing and E-commerce teams to ensure seamless go-to-market execution
- Coordinate with logistics and compliance teams to meet international standards and certifications
- Support pricing strategy and margin optimisation across markets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management preferred
- 3-8 yrs experience in Sourcing, Inventory forecasting & Planning, Product Management, ideally in spiritual, Home Decor, cultural goods, wellness or FMCG exports
- Strong understanding of Hindu devotional products and diaspora consumer behaviour
- Familiarity with international trade and compliance protocols for offline and digital retail channels
- Strategic thinking and planning to understand market needs and demand
- Storytelling and branding capabilities rooted in cultural heritage
- Experience with sustainable product development and ethical sourcing
- Ability to design surveys and draw insights from diaspora responses
- Result-oriented with strong focus on efficiency and deliverables
- Strong understanding of premiumness with high attention to detail
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
