We are looking for an HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, onboarding, payroll support, and day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting on various job portals and sourcing platforms.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic screening and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct face-to-face interviews and coordinate the complete selection process.
- Handle salary negotiations, offer letter issuance, and joining formalities.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR databases.
- Support payroll and salary processing activities.
- Address employee queries and grievances, ensuring timely resolution.
- Organize employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
