Job Summary
The Medical Representative will be responsible for meeting Orthopaedic and Spine Surgeons, demonstrating our products, promoting the company’s implant portfolio, and developing long-term relationships with doctors, hospitals, and distributors. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit Orthopaedic and Spine Surgeons, hospitals, and healthcare institutions on a regular basis.
- Present and demonstrate Spine Implants and Instruments to doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, hospitals, and clients.
- Promote the company’s products and encourage doctors to adopt and use them.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with hospitals and surgeons regarding product requirements and surgical support.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Gather market intelligence regarding competitor activities and customer feedback.
- Maintain daily reports of doctor visits and business activities.
- Achieve sales and relationship-building targets assigned by the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Pharmacy, Commerce, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Medical Devices, Orthopaedic Implants, Spine Implants, or Pharmaceutical Sales will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with experience in healthcare sales, medical devices, orthopaedic implants, or pharmaceutical sales.
- Candidates having existing relationships with Orthopaedic or Spine Surgeons will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
