Role Objective
To support the agency’s hiring and HR operations while actively assisting in marketing activities, gaining a 360° understanding of how a global creative agency functions.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources & Recruitment
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain employee records and update internal HR databases.
- Assist in HR initiatives such as policy rollouts, engagement activities, and weekly team check-ins.
- Track leaves, attendance, and performance updates.
Operations & Coordination
- Maintain spreadsheets and trackers for tools, subscriptions, and marketing expenses.
- Support in basic finance coordination, including invoice reconciliation and vendor record maintenance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Age: Up to 25 years
- Student or recent graduate from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of Google Sheets/MS Excel
- Familiar with Instagram trends, engagement metrics, and algorithms
- Social media savvy with a creative mindset

- Prior internship experience in HR, admin
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
