HR Manager / Senior Accountant

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and highly trustworthy HR Manager / Senior Accountant to manage both human resources and the complete accounting operations of the organization. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of hands-on experience independently handling the accounts of a full organization/firm, along with strong knowledge of staff management, recruitment, payroll, and financial management.
This position requires a person with excellent attention to detail, strong decision-making abilities, integrity, and 100% confidentiality when handling employee, payroll, financial, and organizational information.
Key Responsibilities – HR & Staff Management
- Manage the complete HR and staff administration of the organization.
- Handle recruitment, screening, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and induction of employees.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, performance, and other HR documentation.
- Handle staff-related issues, grievances, discipline, and workplace concerns.
- Manage staff appointments, promotions, transfers, and terminations in accordance with management policies.
- Coordinate and implement staff policies, procedures, and internal regulations.
- Monitor employee performance and support management in performance-related decisions.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all employee and organizational information.
Key Responsibilities – Accounts & Finance
- Independently manage the complete accounting operations of the organization.
- Handle day-to-day accounting, including income, expenses, purchases, sales, payments, receipts, journals, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts.
- Manage payroll and salary processing, including salary calculations, deductions, advances, and adjustments.
- Prepare and manage monthly salary distribution/payroll accurately and on time.
- Handle bank reconciliation, cash management, and financial records.
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, and account summaries.
- Monitor receivables, payables, outstanding amounts, and financial commitments.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and other financial stakeholders as required.
- Ensure proper documentation and systematic filing of all financial transactions.
- Identify accounting discrepancies, errors, or irregularities and take corrective action.
- Assist management with financial planning, budgeting, cost control, and financial decision-making.
- Ensure that all accounting activities are carried out accurately and in accordance with applicable rules and organizational policies.

- Maintain 100% confidentiality of all financial, salary, employee, business, and management information.
- Handle sensitive salary, payroll, HR, and accounting data with the highest level of professionalism.
- Do not disclose confidential information to unauthorized persons.
- Demonstrate complete honesty, integrity, discretion, and accountability in all financial and HR responsibilities.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably with experience independently managing the accounts of a complete firm/organization.
- Strong practical knowledge of full-cycle accounting and financial management.
- Experience in payroll and salary processing/distribution.
- Proven experience in HR management, recruitment, staff supervision, and employee administration.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage confidential and sensitive information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Must be highly trustworthy, responsible, and capable of handling sensitive responsibilities independently.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
