Job Description: Barista + Shift In-Charge
Location: Surat
Experience: 1–3 years (café / QSR preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare coffee & beverages as per SOP and quality standards
- Handle shift operations and opening/closing procedures
- Supervise baristas & floor staff during the shift
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle basic complaints
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness & food safety standards
- Manage billing, cash handling & daily sales reports
- Coordinate with manager for stock and staff requirements
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of coffee brewing & machines
- Team handling & leadership skills
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
