Role Overview
We are looking for an SEO Executive who doesn’t just follow traditional practices but uses own research, strategy, and analytical thinking to rank websites.
This role is for someone who understands search intent, user behavior, and Google’s algorithm updates — not just someone who blindly uses tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth keyword research based on search intent & business goals
- Plan and execute on-page, off-page & technical SEO strategies
- Optimize website content for higher rankings, CTR, and engagement
- Work on reducing bounce rate and improving dwell time
- Conduct competitor analysis & gap analysis
- Handle technical SEO (site audits, indexing issues, Core Web Vitals, etc.)
- Build and execute high-quality backlink strategies (no spam SEO)
- Track and analyze performance via Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes & SEO trends
- Collaborate with content & development teams for SEO-friendly execution
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO)
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics & Google Search Console
- Knowledge of keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, etc.)
- Understanding of search intent, SERP behavior & ranking factors
- Experience in website audits & technical issue fixing
- Basic knowledge of HTML, website structure & page optimization
- Ability to analyze data and take actionable decisions
