We are looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer cum Video Editor For real estate industry who can create engaging visual content that strengthens our brand and generates quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Design eye-catching social media creatives, banners, brochures, flyers, standees, and marketing materials.
- Edit high-quality property walkthrough videos, promotional videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and brand videos.
- Create engaging reels with trending transitions, effects, subtitles, music, and motion graphics.
- Design creative festival posts (Diwali, Holi, Independence Day, New Year, etc.) aligned with the company's branding.
- Plan and schedule monthly social media content calendars.
- Maintain brand consistency across all online and offline marketing materials.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, social media algorithms, and content formats.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, VN Editor, or similar video editing software.
- Experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional property videos.
- Good understanding of typography, color combinations, layouts, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement
- Creative mindset with excellent communication and time-management skills.
Preferred Candidate
- 1–5 years of experience in Graphic Designing, Video Editing, and Social Media Management.
- Experience in the Real Estate industry will be a strong advantage.
- Candidate should have a strong portfolio of graphics, reels, promotional videos, and branding work.
- Knowledge of AI-powered creative tools is a plus.
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
