Key Responsibilities

· Machine manufacturing & dispatch as per schedule
· Machine Quality assurance.
· Abide by cGMP (DP testing welds, proper bearing fitting, etc.)
· Shift allocation & Man power planning
· Production planning
· Service & commissioning
· Technical assistance to team members.
· Job work outsourcing planning & follow up
· Job work vendor identification and negotiation
· Job work Quality check & acceptance.
· Parts & Components tolerance & quality check.
· Inter-plant coordination for machine components
· Managing contract workers
· CNC loading & parts produced tolerance & quality check.
· Hardware & Tools requisition.
· Feedback of materials quality (plates, seals, bearing, castings, etc.)
· Raw material requisition.
· Packing List verification.
· Labor/ Job work requisition.
· Raw material wastage control & reduction.
· Scrap segregation of materials of different grades like SS-316, 304 etc.
· Plant capacity planning.
· Spares orders.
· Repair orders.
· Plant 5s & cleanliness.
· Machinery & equipment maintenance (like lathe, cranes, grinders etc.)
· Worker skill evaluation & development.
· Trial & Testing of Machine. (FAT mech points)
· DQ & QAP filling & performing.
· Packaging & loading of machine while dispatch.
· Packaging & loading of spare parts (like spindles, rotor, etc.)
· Internal Truck movement & co-ordination for goods movement(to be discussed)
Role Summary
Manage end-to-end manufacturing, quality, and dispatch operations ensuring timely delivery, compliance, and efficient resource utilization.
