Job Title: Bidding Executive (IT Sales)
Department: Sales / Business Development
Experience: 6 months – 3 years (preferred in IT services)
Location: Indore
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, etc.
- Generate leads through email, LinkedIn, and other online channels
- Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals
- Coordinate with technical teams to estimate project scope and timelines
- Maintain client communication during pre-sales phase
- Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation and conversion targets
- Follow up with clients to close deals successfully
- Maintain CRM/records of leads and bidding activity
Required Skills:
- Good written English communication (very important for bidding)
- Understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile Apps, Software, etc.)
- Knowledge of freelancing platforms and bidding process
- Basic understanding of sales funnel and lead conversion
- Strong negotiation and client handling skills
- Ability to write compelling proposals
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹37,302.11 per month
