Job Title: Agency Channel Branch Manager
Job Summary: The Agency Channel Branch Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing insurance advisors/agents, driving sales growth, achieving branch targets, and maintaining strong customer and agent relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and develop insurance advisors.
Lead and motivate the agency team to achieve sales targets.
Monitor agent performance and provide coaching.
Ensure quality customer service and business growth.
Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.
Prepare and review sales reports.

Basic computer knowledge.
Experience:
Experience in insurance, banking, or financial services sales preferred.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
