Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging online English classes for Competitive Exams (SSC, Banking, Railway, State & Central Government Exams).
- Teach English Grammar, Vocabulary, Reading Comprehension, Cloze Test, Para Jumbles, Error Detection, Sentence Improvement, and all other competitive exam topics.
- Prepare structured lesson plans and study materials.
- Conduct live interactive classes and clear students' doubts effectively.
- Design practice questions, quizzes, assignments, and mock tests.
- Analyze students' performance and provide regular feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest exam patterns and syllabus changes.
- Maintain class discipline and ensure high student engagement.
- Coordinate with the academic team for course planning and content development.
Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification
- Master's Degree (M.A.) in English (Mandatory)
Experience
- Minimum 10 Years of teaching experience.
- Prior experience teaching English for SSC, Banking, Railway, or other Competitive Exams is mandatory.
Required Skills
- Strong command over English Grammar and Competitive English.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and student-friendly manner.
- Experience with online teaching platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet.
- Comfortable using digital teaching tools, presentations, and online assessments.
- Strong mentoring and student management skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Proven track record of producing successful results in competitive examinations.
- Ability to teach bilingual (Hindi + English) classes.
- Energetic, disciplined, and passionate about teaching.
- Strong problem-solving and doubt-solving abilities.
