- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of all air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
- Monitor and maintain VRV/VRF systems, split ACs, package units, AHUs, FCUs, cold rooms, and ventilation systems.
- Diagnose and rectify faults in HVAC systems promptly to minimize downtime.
- Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, restaurants, banquet halls, and back-of-house areas.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Monitor refrigerant levels, compressors, motors, filters, and electrical components.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, and other departments to address guest complaints related to air conditioning.
- Ensure energy-efficient operation of all HVAC systems and recommend improvements where required.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies while carrying out maintenance activities.
- Assist the Engineering team in renovation projects and emergency maintenance requirements.
- Train and guide junior technicians as required.
Requirements
- ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or relevant technical qualification.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably in hotels, resorts, or hospitality properties.
- Strong knowledge of VRV/VRF systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cold rooms, and refrigeration equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred
- Experience in luxury hotels or resorts.
- Knowledge of energy management and preventive maintenance systems.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
