Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly experienced and leadership-driven Senior Project Manager to lead the execution, installation, and commissioning of our Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) project in Ujjain. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical expertise in wastewater treatment and a proven track record of delivering large-scale engineering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Execution: Lead the entire lifecycle of the STP project from civil construction to final commissioning.
- Team Leadership: Manage site engineers, contractors, sub-contractors, and cross-functional teams.
- Client & Govt. Liaison: Act as the primary contact for clients and handle necessary local/government approvals
- .Vendor & Material Management: Oversee procurement, vendor selection, and timely delivery of STP machinery.
- Budget & Timeline Control: Monitor project expenses, track milestones, and prevent cost overruns.
- Quality & Safety Assurance: Enforce strict compliance with environmental norms, pollution control board guidelines, and safety standards.
- Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for higher management.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 to 15 years of solid experience in handling STP projects.
- Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of advanced STP technologies (e.g., SBR, MBR, MBBR), hydraulics, and piping.
- Skills: Exceptional leadership, project scheduling, contract management, and negotiation skills.
- Location Comfort: Must be willing to work full-time at the project site in Ujjain.
