- Assist in the care of critically ill patients in the ICU, ED, and other critical care areas.
- Prepare and maintain ICU beds, monitors, and life-support equipment.
- Assist doctors and nurses during emergency procedures and resuscitation.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs as directed.
- Perform ECG recording and assist with cardiac monitoring.
- Assist in airway management, oxygen therapy, and ventilator setup under supervision.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Assist with intubation, central line insertion, arterial line insertion, and other bedside procedures.
- Collect blood and other specimens as directed.
- Assist in transporting critically ill patients within the hospital.
- Maintain and disinfect critical care equipment according to infection control protocols.
- Ensure availability of emergency drugs, consumables, and crash cart supplies.
- Check and document the functionality of monitors, ventilators, infusion pumps, and defibrillators.
- Maintain accurate patient care records and equipment logs.
- Adhere to infection prevention and biomedical waste management guidelines.
- Respond promptly during medical emergencies and code blue situations.
- Report any changes in patient condition or equipment malfunction to the nursing staff immediately.
- Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and organized ICU environment.
- Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and emergency preparedness activities.
- Follow hospital policies, clinical protocols, and patient confidentiality standards.
- Participate in continuous education and mandatory training programs.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
