Primary Teacher (All Subjects)
Key Responsibilities
Teach all primary-level subjects as per the school curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans and deliver engaging, student-centered classroom instruction.
Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
Assess students' academic progress through assignments, projects, tests, and observations.
Maintain student records and prepare progress reports.
Support students' social, emotional, and behavioral development.
Use creative teaching methods, educational technology, and activity-based learning.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and development.
Participate in school events, meetings, training programs, and extracurricular activities.
Ensure classroom discipline and effective classroom management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed./D.Ed.) or equivalent qualification.
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
Experience
Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in a primary school.
Freshers with excellent communication and teaching skills may also apply.
Skills Required
Strong communication skills in English.
Excellent classroom management abilities.
Passion for working with young children.
Creativity, patience, and enthusiasm for teaching.
Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with digital teaching tools.
Preferred
Experience in CBSE curriculum.
Ability to conduct co-curricular and activity-based learning programs.
Candidates residing nearby or having their own transportation will be preferred.
Salary: Best in the industry, based on qualifications and experience.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
