We are looking for a dynamic Sales Trainer with at least 3 years of experience in sales training. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing the sales skills of employees through structured training programs, coaching, and performance improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver engaging sales training programs.
Train new employees during onboarding.
Conduct product, process, and sales technique training.
Coach sales executives to improve communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
