Job Summary:
The Fabricator is responsible for manufacturing stainless steel components and structures for food processing machines and commercial kitchen equipment as per approved drawings.
Responsibilities:
- Read fabrication drawings and layout dimensions.
- Mark, cut, bend, and fabricate SS sheets and pipes.
- Operate fabrication equipment and hand tools.
- Perform tack welding and fit-up work.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Coordinate with TIG welders for final welding.
- Maintain quality standards and production schedules.
- Report material shortages and defects.
- Follow safety procedures and housekeeping practices.
Requirements:
- ITI Fabricator or equivalent experience.
- 2–5 years of stainless steel fabrication experience.
- Experience in sheet metal fabrication.
- Knowledge of food-grade fabrication standards preferred.
