Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced *ServiceNow SAM Pro Tech Lead* with strong expertise in *Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro)* implementations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in software asset lifecycle management, license optimization, compliance management, and leading ServiceNow SAM initiatives.

Responsibilities
* Lead SAM Pro implementation and enhancement projects.
* Design and optimize software asset lifecycle processes.
* Manage software compliance, entitlements, and license reconciliation.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
* Provide technical guidance and mentor team members.
* Support integrations, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
* Ensure adherence to ServiceNow and ITAM best practices.
Preferred Certifications
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
* Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management (CIS-SAM)
* ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
