As a Business Development Executive at our solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) company, your main role is to connect with potential clients and help them understand the benefits of switching to solar energy. You'll be responsible for promoting our solar solutions and services, meeting sales targets, and building lasting relationships with customers.
Job Description :
- Identify and research potential clients within the target market.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute effective lead generation strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while expanding the customer base.
- Conduct client meetings to understand their energy needs, provide product information, and address inquiries.
- Develop persuasive sales presentations to showcase the benefits of our solar EPC solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive proposals tailored to the specific needs of potential clients and to ensure accurate and feasible project proposals.
- Engage in negotiations to secure profitable deals, ensuring a win-win situation for both the client and the company.
- Ensure timely closure of sales transactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the solar energy sector.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding market conditions and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities using CRM software.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Energy Engineering
- Experience: 1–4 years of experience in Solar EPC sales.
- Location Preference: Candidate must be willing to travel across Dahod District.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to understand technical aspects of solar solutions.
