Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Lead Generation: Look after social media, run online marketing campaigns/ads, generate leads, and invite prospects to Coffee Meets.
Member Conversion: Conduct orientations, explain the NIA platform, follow up with guests, and convert them into members while managing renewals.
Meetings & Coordination: Facilitate meetings, coordinate with guests, and ensure smooth meeting execution.
Events & Engagement:
Plan and execute networking events, trainings, and engagement activities to maximize member value and participation.
Leadership Support: Coordinate with founders, NIA leadership, support onboardings, and contribute to the overall growth of the community.
Skills Required :
Strong communication & presentation skills (English)
Good followup, networking, coordination & relationship-building ability
Proactive, organized & accountable mindset
Digital marketing & social media understanding
Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
Experience- 1–3 years experience in Marketing, Business Development, Community Management, or Client Coordination preferred
