Anime India is looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can do more than just edit — we need a content creator who understands anime culture and knows how to create engaging, high-performing content for social media and events.
This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role where you will be responsible for shooting, editing, and planning content, including coverage of live events, product shoots, and marketing campaigns.
You will work closely with the marketing and events team and play a key role in shaping how Anime India is seen across digital platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who is creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with real ownership and responsibility.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Content Creation & Editing
- Create 3–5 high-quality Reels per week (anime-style, trend-driven, engaging)
- Design social media creatives (posts, carousels, banners)
- Edit both short-form (Reels/Shorts) and long-form content (event videos, after movies)
- Ensure content is fast-paced, visually engaging, and aligned with anime trends
Photography & Videography
- Shoot photos and videos at events (cosplay, gaming tournaments, crowd engagement)
- Conduct product shoots (merchandise, lifestyle content, brand campaigns)
- Capture behind-the-scenes and marketing content
Expected: Event content delivery within 24–48 hours
Event & Creative Execution
- Assist in planning creative aspects of events (shoot ideas, content angles, branding)
- Work closely with marketing and event teams
- Contribute content ideas that drive engagement and growth
Ownership & Performance
- Handle content end-to-end (shoot → edit → final output)
- Continuously improve content based on performance (views, engagement, shares)
- Take initiative — not just execute, but suggest and improve
Must-Have Skills
- Strong skills in Graphic Design & Video Editing
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects (preferred)
- Strong understanding of short-form content (Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts)
- Ability to create fast-paced, engaging, anime-style edits
- Good sense of storytelling, timing, and visual composition
Important Requirement
- Candidates who own a camera and are comfortable with photography & videography will be strongly preferred
Preferred (Big Advantage)
- Experience covering events or live shoots
- Experience in product photography/videography
- Familiarity with anime content trends, edits, and audience behavior

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
