We are looking for a passionate Interior Designer or Architect who understands luxury interiors and enjoys working directly with clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent design knowledge, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to convert customer enquiries into successful sales while delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience.
Key Responsibilities -
- Welcome and assist clients visiting the Splendid Home Experience Centre.
- Understand customer requirements, lifestyle, preferences, and project goals.
- Recommend suitable luxury entrance doors, Italian wardrobes, Murano lighting, and bespoke lighting solutions based on client needs.
- Build trust with homeowners, architects, interior designers, and premium clientele.
- Manage and convert leads generated through walk-ins, exhibitions, referrals, social media, and phone enquiries.
- Conduct professional follow-ups to nurture enquiries and maximize conversions.
- Represent Splendid Home at exhibitions, design events, and promotional showcases.
Required Skills & Qualifications -
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in luxury interiors, premium architectural products, or high-end home decor.
- Strong understanding of luxury residential interiors and premium design aesthetics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in interacting with high-net-worth clients and design professionals.
- Proven ability to build client relationships, understand customer requirements, and confidently convert enquiries into successful sales.
- Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software is an advantage.
