In this role, you will drive business growth, identify new project leads, and secure client acquisitions within the infrastructure and EPC sectors.Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Drive business development and secure new clients in the Infrastructure/EPC sector.
- Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities, upcoming tenders, and project leads.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Tendering Support: Lead proposal preparation, documentation, and tendering processes.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate closely with internal technical and commercial teams for successful project acquisition.
Desired Profile & Qualifications
- Experience: 5–10 years of proven BD experience in Infrastructure, Construction, EPC, Civil, Roads, or Highways.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, executive communication, and client management skills.
- Track Record: Proven experience handling project-based sales and high-value business growth initiatives.
