About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Performance Marketer with strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should be able to independently plan, execute, track, optimize, and scale paid campaigns while ensuring accurate attribution and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube.
- Manage advertising budgets and improve ROAS, CPA, CAC, and Conversion Rate.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and ad copy.
- Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining acquisition targets.
- Technical Implementation
- Configure and manage Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Conversions API (CAPI), Enhanced Conversions, and Google Ads Conversion Tracking.
- Set up event tracking, UTM parameters, remarketing audiences, custom conversions, server-side tracking, and attribution.
- Troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure accurate campaign measurement.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare actionable reports.
- Build dashboards using GA4, Looker Studio, and Excel.
- Analyze user behavior, funnels, and customer journeys to identify growth opportunities.
- Website & CRO
- Work with developers to implement tracking codes and optimize landing pages.
- Improve website conversion rates through testing, UX recommendations, and performance analysis.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
