Job Summary
We are hiring a Finance & Compliance Associate to support financial reporting, audit, compliance, and finance operations. The ideal candidate is a Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2–5 years of post-qualification experience and a strong understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements.
- Support statutory, internal, and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders and finance teams.
- Assist in financial reporting and month-end/year-end closing activities.
- Support international tax, transfer pricing, and compliance initiatives.
- Perform financial analysis and process improvements.
- Maintain financial records and documentation.
Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 2–5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in Audit, Assurance, Financial Reporting, or Finance.
- Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of IFRS is preferred.
- Exposure to GCC taxation is a plus.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days.
- Experience with Big 4, consulting firms, multinational companies, or shared service centers is preferred.
