- Design & Development: Create 2D drawings, 3D models, Electrical Drawing and detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) using [AutoCAD / SolidWorks / CATIA / NX]. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Engineering Analysis: Perform precise technical calculations (load, stress, torque, and tolerance stack-up). [1]
- Manufacturing Feasibility: Ensure all designs align with fabrication standards and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) principles.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate directly with the production, sales, and procurement teams to optimize designs for cost and manufacturability.
- Documentation: Maintain clear design revisions, engineering documentation
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Electrical Engineering.
- Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with [SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Eplan].
- Experience: [1 to 2] years of proven design experience in [mention area, e.g., heavy engineering, SPM, sheet metal, or automation].
