Job Summary
FastInfo Legal Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Real Time Analyst (RTA) with prior experience in the BPO sector and strong knowledge of MS Excel.
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant RTA experience, good analytical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a rotational shift environment.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Time Management/ Workforce Management
- Prior experience in the BPO sector.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, Power Bi, SQL
- Strong analytical and data-handling skills.
- Good understanding of real-time operations and workforce management.
- Ability to monitor and manage operational requirements effectively.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
Work Schedule
- 6 days working
- 1 rotational week off
- Rotational Window Shift: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Preferred Candidate
Candidates with 1+ year of RTA/WFM/MIS experience, preferably from the BPO industry, with excellent MS Excel skills are encouraged to apply.
