Job Title: Commercial Vehicle Spare Parts Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage complete spare parts operations for Mahindra Commercial Vehicles
- Ensure parts availability and inventory management
- Monitor stock levels, ordering, and replenishment process
- Handle parts sales and coordinate with service/workshop teams
- Maintain inventory records and control dead/slow-moving stock
- Achieve parts sales targets and improve profitability
- Lead and manage the parts team for smooth operations
- Ensure proper customer handling and timely issue resolution
Requirements:
- Graduate preferred
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in automobile spare parts management (Commercial Vehicle experience preferred)
- Knowledge of inventory management, parts cataloguing, and dealership operations
- Good leadership, communication, and team handling skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and dealership software
Salary: up to 25K + Attractive Incentives
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
