We are looking for a results-driven PPC Manager to own and scale paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. You will be the go-to expert for everything paid - from strategy and setup to execution, optimization, reporting and driving measurable ROI for a diverse portfolio of clients.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance agency environment, loves data, and is passionate about turning ad spend into business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Plan, build, and manage paid campaigns across Google (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads
- Develop full-funnel paid media strategies aligned with client goals - awareness, lead gen, or e-commerce
- Handle end-to-end campaign setup: audience targeting, ad copy, creatives briefing, bidding strategies, and landing page recommendations
Optimization & Performance
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and other KPIs
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Manage budgets efficiently across multiple client accounts, ensuring maximum ROI
- Perform keyword research, negative keyword management, and audience segmentation
Analytics & Reporting
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag
- Prepare insightful weekly/monthly performance reports with clear, actionable commentary for clients
- Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and platform dashboards to derive data-driven insights
Client & Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad assets
- Participate in client calls and present campaign performance and strategy recommendations
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, and industry best practices
