Job Title: BPO Telecaller – US Healthcare Process (Night Shift)
Location: Mulund West, Mumbai
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Shift: Night Shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Week Off: Saturday & Sunday (Fixed Off)
Job Summary
We are hiring enthusiastic and dedicated BPO Telecallers for the US Healthcare Process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle outbound and inbound calls professionally. Freshers with good English communication skills are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for the US Healthcare process.
- Communicate with customers professionally and resolve their queries.
- Explain healthcare-related services and provide accurate information.
- Maintain call quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Update customer information accurately in the system.
- Follow company guidelines and process requirements.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team for issue resolution when required.
Eligibility
- Minimum HSC (12th Pass); Graduates preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in BPO, Customer Service, Telecalling, or US Healthcare will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable working in the night shift.
