Key Responsibilities-
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions- Work on Siemens applications for business process improvement initiatives- Analyse, track, and resolve application-related issues- Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution- Assist in application testing, deployment, and end-user support- Maintain project documentation and support records- Participate in training and continuous skill development programs.
