Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Manager – Finance & MIS to support financial reporting, business analytics, revenue tracking, collections monitoring, and management reporting.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, Excel, business data, and performance dashboards, and wants to grow with a fast-growing healthcare company.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinance & MIS
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Track revenue, collections, receivables, and profitability.
- Maintain business performance dashboards.
- Monitor country-wise, hospital-wise, and treatment-wise revenue.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare management reports and business insights.
- Track sales team performance and revenue generation.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Support profitability and business analysis.
Receivables & Reconciliation
- Follow up on hospital payments and outstanding receivables.
- Reconcile revenue records with internal systems.
- Track partner payouts and commission calculations.
- Ensure accuracy of financial records and reports.
Business Intelligence
- Generate reports from CRM and internal systems.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support leadership with decision-making data.
Compliance Support
- Coordinate with accounts and CA teams for required financial data.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.
- Assist during audits and financial reviews.
Desired Skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Good analytical and numerical ability.
- Comfortable working with large datasets.
- Knowledge of MIS reporting and financial analysis.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Qualifications
- B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of experience in Finance, MIS, Business Analysis, or Reporting.
- Experience in Healthcare, Travel, Service Industry, or Startups will be an added advantage.
