Job Summary
Responsible for developing business opportunities and driving sales growth for Power & Distribution Transformers across South East Asian markets. The role involves identifying new customers and distributors, managing international client relationships, preparing techno-commercial proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful order execution.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and expand business opportunities across SEA countries (Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, etc.).
· Generate export leads and convert opportunities into orders.
· Build relationships with utilities, EPC contractors, consultants, distributors, and industrial customers.
· Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals and quotations for international customers.
· Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation, costing, design clarifications, and order execution.
· Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging opportunities in SEA markets.
· Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings.
· Support channel partner/distributor development and management.
· Track enquiries, quotations, order execution, and payment collections.
· Ensure compliance with export requirements and customer specifications.
· Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, forecasts, and MIS reports.
· Provide technical and commercial support to overseas customers.
