Marketing Executive / Business Development Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and communication-focused Marketing Executive to manage client follow-ups, lead conversion, departmental coordination, and payment follow-ups. The candidate will act as a bridge between clients, government/private departments, architects, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on business leads.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate meetings and presentations with clients and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, builders, and government/private departments.
- Handle liaising work with concerned departments for approvals, documentation, and project-related requirements.
- Follow up for quotations, work orders, agreements, and project updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of documents and project deliverables.
- Track outstanding payments and conduct regular payment follow-ups with clients.
- Maintain records of client interactions, project status, and payment collections.
- Support business development activities to expand the company's client base.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Payment collection and recovery follow-up experience.
- Liaising and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email Communication.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Marketing, Business Development, Liaising, or Client Coordination preferred.
Experience
- 1–5 Years (Construction, Architecture, Engineering Consultancy, Real Estate, or Infrastructure industry preferred).
