Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced AI Voice Bot / Conversational AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent voice-based AI solutions.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building AI calling bots, voice assistants, or conversational AI applications integrated with telephony systems and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered Voice Bots and Calling Agents.
- Build real-time conversational AI solutions using LLMs.
- Integrate Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), and Natural Language Processing (NLP) services.
- Develop voice workflows using Python and AI frameworks.
- Integrate AI voice solutions with CRMs, APIs, IVR, and telephony platforms such as Twilio, Exotel, or Knowlarity.
- Optimize response latency, conversation quality, and voice experience.
- Build REST APIs and microservices for AI applications.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve production AI voice systems.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Voice AI or Conversational AI applications.
- Experience with LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI, Claude, or open-source models.
- Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and Vector Databases.
- Experience with STT/TTS technologies such as Whisper, Deepgram, ElevenLabs, Azure Speech, or Google Speech.
- Experience with telephony platforms like Twilio, Exotel, Knowlarity, SIP, or IVR.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, WebSockets, and real-time streaming.
- Experience with FastAPI, Docker, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Preferred Skills
- Experience building production AI Calling Bots.
- LiveKit or WebRTC experience.
- Knowledge of Hugging Face, Ollama, vLLM, or other open-source LLM frameworks.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
