Responsibilities
- Create daily and unit-wise lesson plans aligned with the school’s curriculum.
- Teach core science concepts through engaging lectures, digital resources, and interactive discussions.
- Oversee and guide students safely through hands-on science laboratory experiments and demonstrations.
- Design, administer, and grade quizzes, periodic tests, and assignments to monitor student progress.
- Provide extra help or booster classes for students who are falling behind.
- Participate in school science exhibitions, fairs, and co-curricular club activities.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Science with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree.
- Generally 1 to 3 years of prior middle or secondary school teaching experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English, basic computer/digital literacy for online portals and sound classroom management
