Job Summary
We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to maintain and update production-related data from job receipt to final dispatch. The candidate will be responsible for recording, tracking, and updating all production, stock, and dispatch details accurately to ensure smooth workflow and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain customer order details in the system.
- Create and update Job Cards based on production requirements.
- Record daily production entries from each department/process.
- Track job status from order receipt to final dispatch.
- Update raw material consumption and stock movement records.
- Maintain production planning and work progress reports.
- Record quality check and rejection details.
- Update finished goods stock and dispatch details.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Stores, and Dispatch departments for data collection.
- Verify accuracy of production and dispatch records.
- Maintain proper filing of production documents, delivery notes, and dispatch records.
- Generate management reports as required.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and computer applications.
- Good typing speed and data accuracy.
- Ability to handle large volumes of production data.
- Strong attention to detail and reporting skills.
- Basic understanding of production processes in the printing and packaging industry.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
