Job Summary
The Senior Engineer in Support & Operations plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of Azure Active Directory services. This position involves maintaining existing features, troubleshooting issues, and providing high-quality client support by leveraging technical expertise to enhance operational efficiency and drive successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain And Enhance Azure Active Directory Functionalities By Troubleshooting Issues And Resolving Ad-Hoc Requests In Line With Client Requirements And Project Specifications.
2. Provide Client Support By Presenting Data, Resolving Tickets, And Monitoring Client Needs, Ensuring Timely Delivery Of Assigned Tasks While Adhering To Defined Quality Standards.
3. Create And Update Documentation For Cmmi Compliance And Client Requirements, Ensuring Clarity And Accessibility For All Stakeholders.
4. Offer Technical Guidance To Junior Developers On Azure Active Directory Best Practices And Troubleshooting Techniques, Fostering Skill Development And Knowledge Sharing Within The Team.
Skill Requirements
1. Solid Understanding Of Azure Active Directory And Its Capabilities.
