We are looking for:
Project Managers will be the face of our Projects. As the first point of contact for
potential clients, you will be responsible for maintaining a healthy Lead-to-Sales
prospect flow, converting qualified leads and nurturing leads that are not yet
sales-ready.
What you will do - Key deliverables:
● Identifying potential prospects
● Converting leads through advice and negotiations
● Visiting project site to present company offerings to potential/ existing clients
● Building brand-awareness
● Developing, fostering and sustaining relationships with clients
● Expanding the client database through referral generation from existing clients
Who you are - Skills & Experience Required:
- Graduate/ Post-Graduate/ MBA from any stream
- 3–6 years of experience in sales within wealth management/hospitality/co
working/luxury, or managed office sectors.
- Linguistic knowledge: Bi-lingual/ multi-lingual skills will be an added advantage.
- Ownership: Understands the importance of their contribution and takes
responsibility for results delivered.
- Interpersonal skills: Strong at building effective relationships with stakeholders
at all levels.
- Proactive & accountable: Takes initiative and works effectively with minimal
supervision.
- Solution-focused: Enjoys being part of the solution, not the problem.
- Commitment: Values time, highly organized, able to prioritize and deliver within
deadlines.
- Collaboration: A natural team player, enthusiastic and quick learner
- Adept at using workplace productivity tools like Office365 or Google Workspace
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
